I am Marina Ayman Mounir, an Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) student in Communication and Mass Media. Since a very young age I knew I wanted to make a career in marketing, all thanks to my father’s job. When I was 5 years old, we used to live in Robinson Club Soma Bay, a German hotel chain in Hurghada, Egypt. During my years living there , I was lucky enough to get wide exposure to diverse cultures and nationalities. Which shaped me into becoming an energetic "extrovert" with a passion for communication. Then and there, I knew for sure that I wanted to pursue a career in marketing.
Living in a touristic community allowed me to be trilingual in Arabic, English, and German, giving me better chances to work and participate in different internships.

My Story
Since I was 15 years old, I started my early career next to school across various departments including marketing and media, guest relations, front desk , financial administrations, incentives and meetings, and sales and marketing departments. All these efforts were to make a passionate decision either to study IMC or Business Marketing.
At 17 I was able to make a proper informed decision regarding the marketing direction I was more passionate about. Promptly, I felt it deep in my heart and mind that a career in IMC was the one for me. After starting my university journey in Communication and Mass Media at the BUE I felt more confident about the decision I took.
Studying IMC exposed me to various aspects of the marketing field including advertising, public relations, designs and graphics, sustainability marketing, branding, and digital marketing. I felt as if I was experiencing different recipes and ingredients of integrated marketing through a variety of fields.

Creative Concept
The integrated marketing creative concept is the overarching “Big Idea” that captures audience interest. This includes Copywriting, Brand Strategy, and Social Content which are essential for any project.
Communication Skills
For any marketing project, communication skills and analytical skills are key to the success of the project to negotiate with, persuade, and eventually captivates the audience.
Design
Through years of practice, I've accumulated experience in design tools such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Lightroom, and AVID Media Composer.
Digital Marketing
With the emergence of sophisticated technologies, brands' online presence became essential for its survival. Consequently, tailored online strategies as well as proper media buying are crucial to their success.

Project Info:
During COVID-19, people’s plastic consumption increased through alcohol bottles, disposable utensils and cups, and single use plastic consumptions went through the roof. In that sense, it was crucial to create a social campaign to raise awareness about the criticality of the issue as well as the alternative methods that can save the environment for their present and their future through different marketing approaches.

Egypt has many zoo's with caged animals; however, Africa Safari Park is the only open zoo in Egypt. Even though it has such a unique selling point and advantage very little people knew about the zoo. Here came the idea creating a rebranding digital campaign to enhance the zoo’s presence and interact with its target audience properly. First thorough research was conducted then the campaign's development and execution was done through trendy filters, PR executions, and an interactive online campaign.

Self-Medication is a complex phenomena with high
prevalence around the world; especially, in the
Egyptian market. Research revealed that Egyptians by
default self-medicate and self-prescribe among their
social circles. Such bad habits’ prevalence was
revealed to be a consequence of lack of regulatory
controls and ease of medication access.
Consequently, a long history of bad habits
accumulated; resulting, in cultural traditions and
beliefs that allows self-medicating, prescribing,
and support home pharmacies.
After gaining more insights on the dilemma a 360
degrees guerrilla marketing campaign was executed to
reach a wide variety of audience through IMC tools
of both ATL and BTL methods; including, radio ads,
TV ads, social media, etc.

Project Info:
Being assigned a random out-of-the-box topic, a mobile application that can secretly hack into one’s partner smart devices idea was introduced. Accordingly, a complete brand identity was created for the application including color palette, logo, slogan, look and feel of the application, USP, etc. The name Cycle-Scanner came from our primary target audience whom are females, giving the identity of a period tracking application. Cycle-Scanner USP incorporated a QR code that allows you to access the other party's digital device through scanning. Also, a full creative brief elements including mission, vision, market segmentation, competitors, SWOT analysis, the application’s origin, functionality, competitive edge, business purpose canvas, etc. was established. Then, a full advertising campaign was conducted.

Project Info:
Through a thorough research of the American culture through the Hofstede Cultural Dimensions Model, a full strategy to bring the American Doughnuts brand Krispy Kreme to Egypt was done. This was to understand the differences and similarities between both the Egyptian and the American Culture and explore different approaches to standardize and adapt the brand to fit the Local Egyptian Market.

Water shortage is crucial issue with long history around the globe as people obtain a lot of bad water consumptions habits that puts the water shortage issue at a higher risk. Similarly, Egypt water problems goes to a whole new level as the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) occurs, making its water reservoir in great risk. In that sense a PR Water Conservation PSA campaign was conducted to educate the people about the water problems and alternative solutions to change their behaviors

Mwaslety an informative transportation application allows its customers to customize a trip’s transportation within desired budget.
